There are many reasons for this including poverty and the fact that the Black Community was targeted many decades ago by Margaret Sanger, founder of &#8220;Planned Parenthood&#8221; in her so-called &#8220;Negro Project.&#8221; Planned Parenthood clinics are  especially present even to this day in Black and other Minority Neighborhoods.
