The video below is an example: a beautiful meditation on Jesus&#8217;s admonition to &#8220;do this in remembrance of me.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>It is a theme that is central to the celebration of the Eucharist &#8212; which we honor in a special way Thursday night, at the Solemn Mass of the Lord&#8217;s Supper.
