On December 8th, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, (and the feast day of our diocese) what has been known for over 40 years as <a href=\"http:\/\/pastcomm.org\/\">The Prayer Channel<\/a> will be reborn as NET (New Evangelization Television.) <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m pleased to report that things are humming along, and invite those interested to take a peek at our new (and still-under-construction) <a href=\"http:\/\/netny.net\/index.php\">website<\/a>.  And for more, you can visit our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aboutnetny.com\/\">online media kit<\/a>.  (Gotta love the sound of the pages turning!)  Both give a sense of the flavor and personality of the channel.  <\/p>\n<p>It starts next Monday.  Bishop DiMarzio&#8217;s mass at our cathedral that day will be dedicated to marking this important event &#8212; along with the holy day, of course! &#8212; and Your Humble Blogger will be serving as deacon.  <\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned.
