\"\"<\/a>None of us knew that Judah was ailing with a lung cancer.\u00a0 Everyone that was fortunate enough to know my big black labrador retriever, Judah, just watched and learned.<\/p>\n

Didn’t matter how far from home we were, didn’t matter if the exercise romp had been long or short.\u00a0 When Judah was tired of running, he just sat down.\u00a0 And he didn’t get up again until he was ready to go the distance.<\/p>\n

There’s a profound lesson in that even as I reflect on it, again, and share these words with you. While it seems simple enough you know it’s not.\u00a0 How many times do you “push through” when you are at the point of exhaustion?\u00a0 Or go to work when you really ought to call it in a take a sick day?\u00a0 Judah didn’t know how to tell me to take him to the doctor.\u00a0 But he did know enough to sit down and rest when he was tired of running.<\/p>\n
