I was delighted to observe, just the other day, that on the day I was painfully aware and taken up with the news of the day…I started singing.  I didn’t consciously select a song to sing.  It was my spirit’s response to my compassion and concern for people to whom harm had been brought.  <\/p>\n

In the car, on the way to work, almost as an automatic response, I started belting out the lyrics to hymns that were braided into my spiritual DNA as a child.    I enjoyed the music, I embraced the comfort it brought me and I was filled with gratitude that my heart knows, intuitively where to seek comfort.  <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
