The world is full of complexity, demand, scheduled requirements, needs, desires and things of varying volume that demand your attention.  I know.  I live in the same world, on the same “rock” as you.<\/p>\n

“How do you stay happy in such a busy, demanding life?” 
“How can you seem so calm when you are struggling with certain issues?”  <\/p>\n

I’ve been asked forms of these questions for years.  You will discover answers to those questions each day that you visit my blog.  In the midst of the press, I pause and cherish the DAILY JOYS AND SIMPLE PLEASURES.  Really.  I do.  <\/p>\n

I stay connected to my larger purpose and my deepest contentment by staying close to the simplest pleasures of my days.  Of course I work toward the larger issues and the bigger picture.  Step by small step, every  day.  In that process, I keep my sense of humor and delight by seizing upon and celebrating the readily available treats that are served up upon the platter of everyday experiences.<\/p>\n
