And, despite all the changes we&#8217;ve already experienced, more change\u00a0<em>is <\/em>coming. Why? Because 2012 adds up to a five. And five is the cosmic signal of change. But that doesn&#8217;t mean anything is wrong or frightening. What it means is <em>this is The Year of\u00a0The Soul<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nIt&#8217;s the year of the soul because the soul&#8211;and <em>only <\/em>the soul&#8211;knows how to deal with change. The soul is that part of you that has never been wounded and never will be. It sprang from divine ground and will return to divine ground. It&#8217;s solid. It&#8217;s wise. It&#8217;s gentle. It&#8217;s loving. And it is completely unafraid. Because\u00a0the soul\u00a0is the part of you that knows&#8211;and knows that it knows&#8211;that life is an adventure to be lived not a fear to be avoided.<\/p>\n<p>Humanly, we seek safety. But safety comes from\u00a0connection to Source. This is the one nonnegotiable for the soul. It comes from Source. It remembers Source. It remembers the language and music that emanates from Source. So at the deepest level it wants&#8211;no, it <em>needs&#8211;<\/em>to keep a channel open to the Divine.<\/p>\n<p>Writing Down Your Soul is really quite simple. There are just seven things you do to make sure you&#8217;re writing at the soul level and not journaling.<\/p>\n<p>When you write down your soul, you<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a01.
