After a challenging five-month battle with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma, actor and comedian Dave Coulier has reason to celebrate\u2014he is now cancer-free!<\/p>\n

The 65-year-old Full House<\/em> star shared the joyous news on March 31, confirming that a recent biopsy revealed no signs of cancer. “One of the few times in my life when ‘zero’ has been a great number to hear,” Coulier told Parade<\/em>. He added, “Today is the first day that I really feel like, ‘Wow, I’m feeling pretty darn good. I feel like myself.'”<\/p>\n

His Full House<\/em> co-star and close friend Candace Cameron Bure, a devoted Christian herself, helped share the good news with fans. Posting a beaming photo of herself with Coulier and his wife Melissa, she exclaimed on Instagram, “DAVE IS CANCER FREE!!!! Join me in celebrating this AMAZING news \u2014 let’s shower him with all the love in the world! \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f.”<\/p>\n

Coulier first revealed his cancer diagnosis in November 2024 after noticing swollen lymph nodes following an upper respiratory infection. The diagnosis came as a shock, but Coulier leaned into faith, family, and his trademark humor to navigate the road ahead.<\/p>\n

“This has been a really fast roller-coaster ride of a journey,” Coulier shared, adding that he drew strength from his wife Melissa, who stood by him every step of the way. “I thought, you know what, I’m going to be strong throughout this\u2014not just for me, but I’m going to be strong for her.”<\/p>\n

Melissa spoke in January about the toll of chemotherapy and the emotional and physical weight of the journey. Yet even in the hardest moments, the couple found joy through their morning “dance parties with the dogs” and lighthearted moments that helped lift their spirits.<\/p>\n

Coulier also leaned on the memory of strong women in his life who had battled cancer, including his mother, sister, and niece\u2014whom he all lost to the disease. “If I can be just 1\/10th of a percent as strong as they were,” he said, “then I’m going to be just fine.”<\/p>\n

For Christian fans who’ve admired Coulier’s clean humor and joyful spirit over the years, this news comes as a powerful reminder of God’s sustaining grace. Through prayer, perseverance, and the love of those around him, Coulier has come out on the other side with a renewed sense of hope.<\/p>\n

He’s still awaiting results from a final CAT scan to confirm that cancer is truly in the “rear-view mirror,” but for now, he’s celebrating the victory\u2014and so are we.<\/p>\n
