Friday is Book Day on the blog, when we take a look at books \u2013 old and new — that I highly recommend you not miss. This week\u2019s recommended reading:<\/em> Five Wishes<\/strong>
\nThis week I want to draw your attention to the latest book from Gay Hendricks, titled Five Wishes.<\/em> But first, let me tell you how this book came into being.
\nIt’s my fault.
\nWell, partly, anyway. Gay and I — who are friends through our association on a number of projects — were sitting in the dining room of a cruise ship together last year when he rolled out an experience he had in his life which he said impacted him tremendously. When he was done talking I said to him, “My God, Gay, that’s a book!<\/em>”
\nHe looked at me interestedly for just a moment, then said that was exactly what he was going to do with it! Now comes this tidy little volume, which you can read in 60 minutes or less, but which can have just as much of an impact on you.
