Matthew 6: 7-15
\n7 \u201cWhen you are praying, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
\n9 \u201cPray then in this way:
\nOur Father in heaven,
\nhallowed be your name.
\n10\tYour kingdom come.
\nYour will be done,
\non earth as it is in heaven.
\n11\tGive us this day our daily bread.
\n12\tAnd forgive us our debts,
\nas we also have forgiven our debtors.
\n13\tAnd do not bring us to the time of trial,
\nbut rescue us from the evil one.
\n14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; 15 but if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
