This is literally history in the making, and the course of the decades ahead turns on the actions of the men and women in the streets of Tehran, mobilizing in defiance and anger.<\/p>\n<p>The regime is afraid. That&#8217;s why they disabled text messaging on election day; why twitter and facebook are blocked; why the internet is being censored; why journalists are being expelled. And yet despite their efforts, the story is being told.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve created a small resource of my own for keeping up to date with teh rapidly evolving events in Iran. It&#8217;s an aggregate of filtered twitter accounts that I have found to be invaluable &#8211; you can follow this resource on twitter at @<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/iranrevolution\">iranrevolution<\/a> or sample the stream of news and updates in <strong>real-time<\/strong> at <a href=\"http:\/\/friendfeed.com\/iranrevolution\">friendfeed.com\/iranrevolution<\/a>. This is just the start.
