Gandhi is alleged to have made the inflammatory remarks whilecampaigning as a candidate of the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya JanataParty (BJP). <\/p>\n

“I am a victim of political conspiracy. It was not my voice, notmy words,” Mr Gandhi told a press conference in the Indian capital,Delhi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
