I hope to use this platform not only for my nattering punditry, but also to do what I can to foster growth within the Islamic blogsphere (aka the Islamsphere) as a whole, because that is the truest voice of the muslim mainstream, a voice that I think muslims and non-muslims alike need to hear.<\/p>\n<p>What better way to begin than a little humor? <\/p>\n<p>Three mullahs are sitting on a porch in the blazing sun. An exotic beauty wafts by, ankles and eyes peeking out alluringly from beneath folds of diaphonous cloth. The first mullah says, &#8220;Subhanallah!&#8221;.
