Tonight, the full moon will turn blood red as the longest total lunar eclipse of the century until 2123.<\/p>\n

Paul Begley, an Indiana-based pastor is known to preach on conspiracy theories about the end of the world is linking this historic event to the Blood Moon.<\/p>\n

Begley, who thinks we are living in the End Times has interpreted the July 27 lunar eclipse as an apocalyptic signs. He believes this particular astronomical event was foretold by the Book of Revelation, Book of Acts and Book of Joel in the Bible.<\/p>\n

In a recent YouTube broadcast where he is recognized for sharing prophetic warnings and apocalyptic scenarios warned the Blood Moon in conjunction with ongoing eruptions, hurricanes and earthquakes is a sign of the apocalypse.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe world has completely gone insane, alright, plus the apocalyptic events going on right now in the last 24 hours are off the charts,\u201d Begley said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t know what to name this show, so I named it \u2018Prophetic Doomsday Blood Moon causes typhoons, monsoons, volcanoes, wildfires, floods raging, landslides,\u2019\u201d Begley said. \u201cIt\u2019s just unbelievable \u2013 lava flowing, rivers of lava flowing. I just don\u2019t know what to do with this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Begley believes the combination of strange events happening around the world is linked to the nearing end of the world and Judgment Day.<\/p>\n

But Begley doesn\u2019t think the world is going to end the night of Friday, July 27 which other end times\u2019 theorists have claimed. Instead his interpretation of the Blood Moon is a precursor to the apocalypse.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Blood Moon that\u2019s approaching this Friday, July 27, is the longest Blood Moon of the century and it\u2019s happening in the same year of the 70th<\/sup> anniversary of Israel as a nation,\u201d Begley said.<\/p>\n

He also said, \u201cProphecy is being fulfilled the same year that Jerusalem became the eternal city of God, the capital of Israel, which fulfilled a prophecy in Psalms Chapter 48.\u201d<\/p>\n

He says that \u201capocalyptic pressure\u201d is building around the world before the eclipse.<\/p>\n

A total lunar eclipse occurs when the moon passes through the Earth\u2019s innermost shadow. When this happens, the moon turns rusty orange or deep red in color and is how it earned the nickname of a blood moon eclipse.<\/p>\n

Unlike a solar eclipse, you don\u2019t need special equipment or glasses to view the total lunar eclipse; however, onlookers will require cloud-free weather.<\/p>\n

The total phase of the eclipse will last for 1 hour and 43 minutes, while the entire eclipse, including the partial phases, will last for over 6 hours.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn July 27th<\/sup>, a total lunar eclipse will be visible in Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and South America,\u201d NASA said.<\/p>\n

The time that the blood moon is visible really depends on what areas of the world onlookers are viewing the event.<\/p>\n

For anyone in Australia, New Zealand and eastern Asia, the height of the eclipse will be visible before the moon sets early in the morning on July 28. For those in far eastern South America and far western Europe, the total eclipse will be visible as the moon rises on Friday night.<\/p>\n
