Pastor James Ward of Insight Church in Illinois says that America\u2019s future is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Ward was speaking at America\u2019s Pre-Election Online Prayer and Communion Church at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is most unfortunate, and it really breaks my heart that in America, we are perishing today unnecessarily,\u201d Ward said. \u201cI believe with all my heart that God is calling America to not only turn but to return to Him to live and not die.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t have to die. You don\u2019t have to perish unnecessarily,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Ward also shared that he believed that many Christians have stopped praying and that this moves Satan.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhenever God\u2019s people stop praying, stop proclaiming and stop promoting \u2018thy Kingdom come and thy will be done here on earth as it is in Heaven,\u2019 Satan\u2019s kingdom will come, and his will will be done on earth as it is in Hell in contrast to as it is in Heaven,\u201d Ward said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t have to live the way that we\u2019re living under Hell\u2019s dominion. Christ has made it possible so that the blessing of Abraham can come upon gentiles, any person \u2026 because God so loved the world,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Pastor Mark Daniel, of Focal Point Church in Orlando, also spoke at the Museum of the Bible event. He believes that 2020 has been an important reminder that it\u2019s time for Christians to seek God.<\/p>\n

\u201cA heavenly alarm has sounded, and it is continuing to sound,\u201d Daniel said. \u201cI think the Church has abdicated our hope to a politician or to someone else, and we\u2019re needing to return and say our hope is Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe say, \u2018God come heal our land,\u2019 but He\u2019s saying, \u2018I\u2019m looking for you to respond, my people,\u2019\u201d he said. \u201cWe should not be trying to get back to normal. We should be looking for an urgency, a humbling to come upon us.\u201d<\/p>\n
