Organizers of an evangelical outreach in Arkansas are cheering on 1,200 souls who made a decision for Christ. Amplify 2025 is organized by Pulse Evangelism, which hosted the event in Benton, Arkansas. Reportedly 45,000 people from 37 states were in attendance over the 2-day festival. The festival featured performances from Maverick City Music, Lecrae, Switchfoot, and Matthew West. The event was free and received strong support from its 700 volunteers as well as support from the community of Saline County, including first responders.<\/p>\n

Pulse Evangelism was started 23 years ago by Nick Hall as a way of reaching the next generation. It focuses on events like Amplify, as well as evangelism training. On top of Hall speaking at the event, 16 Gen Z evangelism students of the ministry spoke to share their testimonies. According to its website<\/a>, Pulse Evangelism has reached 330 million people through its many outlets. Hall told The Christian Post<\/em><\/a> that 20,000 attendees received evangelism training. Of the 1,226 attendees who \u201cresponded to the Gospel,\u201d 586 gave their lives for the first time while 566 rededicated their lives. There were also 74 who had questions about Jesus. \u201cWe came to Amplify with one purpose: to lift up the name of Jesus. God moved in ways beyond anything we could have asked or imagined. Thousands heard the truth of the Gospel, and we saw lives changed, chains broken, and hope restored,\u201d said Hall<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The event was especially impressive for its appeal to younger individuals, with Hall saying that those who responded to the Gospel messages of the event would be connected to \u201cPulse digital responders\u201d to help them in next steps in their walk with Christ. \u201cFrom there, our goal is to help them get connected to a local church where they have the opportunity to grow in their faith. We also share initial resources to support them in the first important steps after deciding to follow Jesus,\u201d he said. He said the next generation is ripe for spiritual awakening.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are spiritually hungry, asking raw and honest questions about life, identity and truth. They\u2019re not looking for trends or shallow answers, but for the real hope only Jesus brings.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019ve been wondering where the young people are, I can tell you this: they\u2019re back. That should excite us and challenge us.
