Our minds chatter, grasp, struggle to understand. Too frequently, we define ourselves by these thoughts. We become these thoughts. And our lives become distorted and artificial.<\/p>\n<p>So why would I insult myself with the blog name &#8220;Chattering Mind?&#8221; Well, like you, I suffer. I&#8217;m a working parent who gets stressed rushing to make it to my yoga class on time. I find my gorgeous free-range chicken inside the oven, still in its roasting dish, two days after I cooked it.<\/p>\n<p>I am becoming more mindful, I really am, but some days are better than others. I&#8217;m imagining that you are rocking back and forth in the same boat. It&#8217;s a lovely boat. I don&#8217;t mind it. I love writing about it and describing it.
