What would we do without Universal HD<\/strong> channel?<\/p>\n

That is the question I pondered Thursday afternoon when I checked out its schedule for the evening.<\/p>\n

First there was Finding John Christmas<\/em> and A Town Without Christmas<\/em>, followed by episodes of TJ Hooker<\/em> and Charlies Angels<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Regarding the first two programs, nothing and I mean NOTHING puts me in the holiday spirit like Christmas movies when it’s still 80 degrees out.<\/p>\n

As for the second two programs, well, they just speak for themselves.<\/p>\n

If you think Universal HD is done there, however, you’d be wrong my friend.<\/p>\n

Oh, you’d be quite wrong indeed.<\/p>\n

In case you don’t care about the opening night of the NFL season, Universal HD counters with a stellar movie offering called Martian Child<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The flick, starring John Cusack<\/strong> and Amanda Peet<\/strong>, is about a six-year-old boy who claims he is a martian.<\/p>\n

Folks, let me just say this: television just doesn’t get ANY better than this!<\/p>\n
