<\/a><\/p>\nChristians believe a come to Jesus moment is when someone goes to Him and He accepts them as their Lord and savior.<\/p>\n
Pretty powerful stuff, not to be taken lightly.<\/p>\n
This enters the television realm because I have seen the expression thrown around on two television series lately, including Say Yes To The Dress: Atlanta.<\/p>\n
I READILY admit I don’t watch that program, I think the expression was used in a promo which is worse since ads are on at all different times.<\/p>\n
Sports teams and athletes aren’t immune to misusing Christ and His ideals, either.<\/p>\n
A man hoping to return hockey back to the Hartford, CT. area recently said he was “going to have a Jesus moment” to get attention for his cause.<\/p>\n
As far as many are concerned the only one who can have a “Jesus moment” is Jesus.<\/p>\n
Some things just shouldn’t be messed with.<\/p>\n
