Television producer Al Taylor claims he offered Casey Anthony $1 million for an exclusive TV interview to tell her side of the story in the death of her daughter.<\/p>\n

The whole world knows by now Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the case in which her daughter Caylee Anthony was found dead.<\/p>\n

Casey Anthony<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Casey Anthony was found guilty, however, of lying to law enforcement officials about her knowledge of the matter.<\/p>\n

Taylor claimed, on the Dr. Drew<\/em> program on CNN Headline News, that he recently met with Anthony and a representative for her at a Palm Springs, CA. hotel.<\/p>\n

Taylor said Casey Anthony hedged on the offer supposedly because he also wanted her to submit to a lie detector test at the interview.<\/p>\n

Casey Anthony also balked at receiving “just” $50,000 up front instead of $1 million and Taylor said the first words out of her mouth were “where’s the check?”<\/p>\n

Taylor’s claim was met with skepticism by Dr. Drew<\/em> guest attorney Mark Eiglarsh, however. “I’m not buying any of this,” he said before going on to grill the TV producer for specifics on the meeting.<\/p>\n

Taylor also said he is batting nemesis Geraldo Rivera of FOX News to get the first interview with Casey Anthony.<\/p>\n
