Sorry for those of you who are “offended” if Kim Kardashian<\/strong> and Kris Humphries<\/strong> wedding was a set up to make millions of dollars and gain more viewers to the E!<\/em> network reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians<\/em>.<\/p>\n

If you truly feel that way then turn your TV sets off and don’t spend another moment of your lives following the family’s escapades.<\/p>\n

Kim Kardashian<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I don’t watch the program but I understand their marriage is apparently over after just 72 days, and I feel just as empty about it as I do so many other things these days.<\/p>\n

Some of you feel exploited or even angry about the end of their relationship and gosh knows the tabloids have had a field day with it.<\/p>\n

But I am just left feeling sad and sorry for both of them, separately or as a couple.<\/p>\n

Marriage apparently means something to him and Humphries said he will fight to keep the couple together.<\/p>\n

Good for him, it takes work for most couples to have a successful relationship.<\/p>\n

Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, has made HUGE mistakes in her life and been hurt plenty before.<\/p>\n

I for one want to see her happy some day.<\/p>\n

I believe her mother, Kris Jenner, when she said on Today<\/em> that Kim has a “huge heart”.<\/p>\n

If you don’t want the best for these people than stop trying to Keep up with the Kardashians.<\/p>\n

Turn your TV set off instead.<\/p>\n
