\nI think its wise to judge the the 16th president’s ideas in the context of their time. Before him, the American Colonization Society of Free People of Color of America<\/a> helped found Liberia<\/a> in the 1820’s as a haven for freed American slaves — with the support of people like Paul Cuffee<\/a>, a wealthy mixed-race race Christian businessman who also established a racially-integrated school in Massachusetts.<\/p>\n

Glaring omission!<\/b> In yesterday’s post<\/a> about about Big Hollywood’s Nick Nolte’s quest<\/a> to name the 25 greatest Christian movies of all time, I offered my own nominees — but left out one of the finest (and most-obvious) examples. No list of movies with great Christian messages would be complete without the classic Frank Capra film It’s a Wonderful Life<\/i><\/a>!
