Here&#8217;s the comment:<i> &#8220;I thought the program, What the Pope Knew, was excellent. All of the<br \/>\nmaterial was familiar from the pages of the New York Times and other<br \/>\nsubstantive news articles.  But it was good to see it set out on<br \/>\ntelevision in a concise and effective and truthful way.  I pray, I pray,<br \/>\nthat Catholics will speak up and demand reform and cleansing in their<br \/>\nchurch.  The voices of defensive Catholics, attacking reporters, trying<br \/>\nto spin the stories to blame everybody but the church, can be so deeply<br \/>\ndiscouraging.  I left this church because I feel it is immoral, and I<br \/>\ncould no longer be complicit with its immoral actions and lies.  But<br \/>\nmany still love it and support it. I hope they will speak out against<br \/>\nthe Vatican and demand reform.  I hope they will demand to know how and<br \/>\nwhy Bernard Law is still a Cardinal living in luxury in Rome.&#8221; <\/i><\/p>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/media\/article\/paul-haggis-denounces-scientology-new-yorker-opus-24527\">Hollywood writer denounces Church of Scientology.<\/a><\/b> Paul Haggis (<i>Million Dollar Baby<\/i>), a former former member, calls the enterprise, founded by sci-fi author <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/L._Ron_Hubbard\">L. Ron Hubbard<\/a>, a &#8220;cult.&#8221; Having their leadership denounced by famous writers who have left them. That&#8217;s at least one thing the Catholic Church and Scientology have in common. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/television\/column-post\/breaking-keith-olbermann-announce-next-steps-24513\"><b>Keith Olbermann may be joining up with Al Gore.<\/b><\/a> A report says the former MSNBC host may be signing on with the former veep&#8217;s Current TV channel. And here I thought Gore was opposed to hot air.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/movies\/article\/michael-moore-sues-weinstein-co-27-million-24515\">Fahrenheit 2.7.<\/a><\/b> As in millions of dollars. As in the amount the lefty documentarian Michael Moore is suing producers Harvey and Bob Weinstein for in a legal battle over <i>Fahrenheit 9\/11<\/i> profits. As the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2Zf2nCiBJLo\">film&#8217;s trailer<\/a> says <i>&#8220;If you think corporations are greedy, you haven&#8217;t seen anything yet.&#8221;<\/i> (Moore, BTW, has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deadline.com\/2011\/02\/he-redefines-the-term-greedy-michael-moore-sues-for-more-money-from-911-movie-when-he-already-received-19-8-million\/\">reportedly<\/a> already been paid 19.8 million in back-end profit participation for the film, all of which I&#8217;m sure he shared equally with his crew.)&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/ed-asner-refutes-claims-giving-97283\">Ed Asner denies that he shuns political conservatives.<\/a><\/b> Lou Grant hates spunk not Republicans. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/ed-asner-refutes-claims-giving-97283\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/lawyer-charlie-sheen-return-work-97282\"><b>Report: Charlie Sheen returning to work in two weeks.<\/b><\/a> The 45-year-old <i>Two and a Half Men<\/i> star, said to be undergoing &#8220;in-home&#8221; drug rehab, is apparently ready to return to the eight-year-old TV show (which, by this point, could really use a new title).<br \/>Programming suggestion for CBS: Dump the aging show. Move <i>The Big Bang Theory<\/i> (a newer hit from the same producer) into <i>Men<\/i>&#8216;s Monday slot and slide the hit procedural <i>The Mentalist<\/i> down from 10:00 PM (ET) into the <i>Bang<\/i>&#8216;s 8:00 PM lead off Thursday slot. You&#8217;re welcome, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Leslie_Moonves\">Leslie Moonves<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/movies\/article\/mels-beaver-moves-again-limited-debut-now-set-may-6-24531\"><b><i>The Beaver<\/i> delayed again.<\/b><\/a> Mel Gibson&#8217;s comeback vehicle is put on hold for a second time.
