If bliss had a shape or form, what would it be? What color, size, temperature, sound, taste and smell? Immerse yourself in this full sensory experience as you anchor it in. Our bodies carry &#8216;sense memory&#8217; of whatever happens and can&#8217;t discern between what is concrete and what we simply imagine. You can conjure this up anytime, anywhere you choose&#8230;bliss is merely a thought away.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"4\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>In<\/strong><\/font><\/font><\/font><font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"4\"><strong>ner Vacation <\/strong><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"4\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>Tak<\/font><\/font><\/font><font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"4\">e a moment to close your eyes and breathe; placing one hand on your belly and one on your chest. In that way, you feel connected to your body and aware of being present and to anchor what you are about to encounter. Too often we disengage from the physical while our minds go off on vacation elsewhere. In your vivid imagination, call up a memory of a delightful experience. Be aware of who it is that is with you, or perhaps you are in sweet solitude. Are you in a peaceful place in nature or surrounded by activity? Drink in the environment and allow the feelings to wash over you.
