One of my favorites was when he ask a young African American girl what her favorite Bible story was.  <\/p>\n<p>She replied&#8211; &#8220;the wedding feast at Cana story&#8221;.  <\/p>\n<p>Somewhat surprised Linkletter then asked: &#8220;What did you like most about the story?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Well I liked the part where Jesus turned all those gallons of water into wine.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a real miracle&#8221;  said Linkletter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yes sir,  a big one.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And what do you think that story was meant to teach us?&#8221; asked Linkletter.<\/p>\n<p>Without hesitation the little girl replied &#8220;When you run out of wine, pray to Jesus.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Art Linkletter made a career of interviewing children.
