Two dips moves it into high.<\/p>\n<p>So should you eat ice cream?\u00a0 Sometimes.\u00a0 Suppose you are at a birthday party and your hosts are serving (what else?) ice cream and cake.\u00a0 If you pass on the cake and take just one dip of ice cream you have successfully navigated the party.\u00a0If, however, you are feeling depressed and eat half a carton of double chocolate chip, you have just given yourself a set-back.<\/p>\n<p>A cheese stick can be a good snack to keep blood sugar from bottoming out and energy levels up.\u00a0 A couple of ounces of cheese on your lunch salad will be filling and make your salad feel more like a meal.\u00a0 A grilled cheese sandwich, however, won\u2019t have the same effect!<\/p>\n<p>Most dairy products, including:<\/p>\n<p>Milk<\/p>\n<p>Butter<\/p>\n<p>Yogurt<\/p>\n<p>Cheese<\/p>\n<p>Ice Cream (one scoop)<\/p>\n<p>Instant pudding (1\/8\u00a0 of a package, prepared)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Look both ways as you approach this green light!
