Our own bodies are our business.\u00a0 Quit avoiding the mirror and take a good look.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t matter if you aren\u2019t gorgeous &#8212; because we are going for something better.\u00a0 We are going for healthy and vibrant.\u00a0 Do you see a person in the mirror with that type of future &#8212;
