I have a new favorite!\u00a0 I didn\u2019t know about it when I did the original series about sugar substitutes, but thought this would be a good time to introduce it.\u00a0 It\u2019s called Just Like Sugar — and I have not been able to find ONE single negative post about it.\u00a0 That\u2019s phenomenal, because all of the sweeteners I studied have at least one drawback. With stevia, it\u2019s the aftertaste.\u00a0 With xylitol it\u2019s the laxative effect.\u00a0 I could go through the list — but this one has no problems.<\/p>\n
Just LIke Sugar has only four ingredients.\u00a0 It contains chicory root dietary fiber, calcium, vitamin C, and natural flavors from the peel of a lemon.\u00a0 No nasty chemicals at all!\u00a0 It has no calories and a glycemic number of 0, so it is safe for diabetics and won\u2019t sabotage your weight-loss efforts.<\/p>\n
You can use it cup for cup like sugar in baking — and it tastes great!\u00a0 This one is a winner all the way around.<\/p>\n
