Ye are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God\u2019s.<\/em>\u00a0I Corinthians 6:20<\/p>\n

We can do what we want with our own bodies, right? \u00a0 But are these bodies our own?\u00a0 When we come to God in salvation, we come in surrender.\u00a0 He actually owns us by right of creation, anyway. When we repent of running our own lives and surrender to Him, we surrender our bodies as well as our spirits.\u00a0 This imperfect body of mine isn\u2019t really mine anymore. It\u2019s His. I\u2019m just taking care of it for Him.\u00a0 Guess I\u2019d better do a better job of keeping it fed with the right fuel and making sure it is properly exercised to stay at optimal strength!<\/p>\n

The price Jesus paid was the highest possible \u2014 His own life.\u00a0 That makes these bodies worth a lot!\u00a0 Let\u2019s remember to whom our bodies belong, and take good care of them.<\/p>\n
