Do you feel distressed, depressed, and like giving up?\u00a0 There\u2019s a better answer than a candy bar.\u00a0 Take your problems and the frazzled emotions they caused to the Lord.\u00a0 Ask for mercy and help \u2014 and He will be good and answer.\u00a0 He uses distress to enlarge\u00a0 you spiritually \u2014 to make you a bigger, stronger person inside.\u00a0 That\u2019s far better than being \u201cenlarged\u201d on the outside by that sugary snack!<\/p>\n
