The veggie tray also appears at every lunch and dinner.\u00a0 You develop a taste for the foods you eat regularly, so chomp away and\u00a0 you will soon find yourself craving them.\u00a0 I love them with a bit of Himalayan pink salt &#8212; which is also good for maintaining regular eye pressure.<\/p>\n<p>If you, or your family, are not already veggie lovers, you may need some encouragement to get them down.\u00a0 Here is a healthy, low glycemic dip that adds some zip to those nutrient-rich foods.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Ranch Dip Mix:<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. dried parsley<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. dried dill<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. onion powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. dried basil<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. pepper<\/p>\n<p>Mix those together and you are ready for the dip recipe:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Ranch Veggie Dip<\/p>\n<p>1 Cup Cottage Cheese<\/p>\n<p>3-4 tsp.
