Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to your favorite fruit smoothie to add protein and creaminess.<\/li>\n<li>In pace of sour cream.\u00a0 Try it on your tacos!<\/li>\n<li>In salad dressings and dips<\/li>\n<li>In pace of mayonnaise in tuna, potato, or egg salad.<\/li>\n<li>In baking.\u00a0 You can use it to replace buttermilk in baked goods.\u00a0 It adds protein &#8212; and besides, who ever has buttermilk on hand?\u00a0 Not me!<\/li>\n<li>In creamy pasta dishes. Use instead of cream or cream cheese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And it makes a great breakfast or snack.\u00a0 It\u2019s tart, so you may want to add a sugar alternative like honey or stevia and\/or fruit.<\/p>\n<p>So &#8212; which recipe do I pick?\u00a0 A no-bake cheesecake with Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese?\u00a0 An avocado salad dressiing\/dip?\u00a0 A chocolate fruit dip\/frosting?<\/p>\n<p>Well, the easiest recipe won.\u00a0 Here is a super simple recipe for chocolate fruit dip that can be used to top cupcakes, too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chocolate Fruit Dip\/Frosting<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Greek yogurt<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave.\u00a0 Cool and mix with yogurt.\u00a0 Let it set in the refrigerator for a bit.<\/p>\n<p>Done!\u00a0 If it is too tart, you can add a healthy sugar alternative to taste.\u00a0Strawberries dipped in this concoction are yummy, and it makes a great topping for cupcakes.
