You can do it while standing at the sink to rinse your dishes. \u00a0\u00a0You can even work on those abs at stoplights or when you answer the phone.<\/p>\n<p>I made a habit of walking down my hallway using this posture and pulling in my stomach. It\u2019s become automatic now.
