Even though I had looked every imaginable place for my Fitbit, the snazzy electronic pedometer my daughter gave me for Mother\u2019s Day, it was nowhere to be found.\u00a0 But I kept looking, even in the same places I had looked before.<\/p>\n
Why keep up the futile search?\u00a0 Because things are only really lost when you quit looking for them. So I kept looking.<\/p>\n
I see a parallel to our fitness journey.\u00a0 We may have stalled-out times, times we fail, and times it all feels pointless.\u00a0 But we aren\u2019t a failure until we quit trying.\u00a0 As long as we keep getting back on the wagon when we fall off, we are on the path to success.<\/p>\n
Incidentally, I found my Fitbit!<\/p>\n
