Sometimes we look at the long road ahead of us before we reach our goal — and it is overwhelming.<\/p>\n

“How long is this going to take?” we ask. \u00a0“How long can I hold out against temptation?”<\/p>\n

The answer — just do it today. Tomorrow you start again, but right now all you have to do is make it until bedtime. You can do it!<\/p>\n
