There will always be birthday parties and church camp and company due to arrive.\u00a0 If you wait until your situation is perfect, you will never get started.\u00a0 Like the man who won\u2019t plow because it is cold and inconvenient, you will wind up without a harvest. \u00a0No healthy, fit body for you!<\/p>\n

True, life gets in the way of our good intentions.\u00a0 It may be that situations crop up to derail you.\u00a0 That\u2019s okay.\u00a0 Make \u201chealthy\u201d your new \u201cnormal.\u201d\u00a0 When you get off track, get right back on the plan of eating a moderate amount of low glycemic foods and stepping up the exercise.\u00a0 And don\u2019t wait until next week.\u00a0 Do it today!\u00a0 You\u2019ll be glad you did when you \u201charvest\u201d new clothes in a smaller size.<\/p>\n
