\"\"<\/a>Don\u2019t fool yourself — knowing<\/em> what will make you healthy and doing<\/em> it are two different things!\u00a0 Many people (and I am one of them) have done lots of study about what makes our bodies work. And that\u2019s good!\u00a0 Understanding why we gain or lose fat is important. If you can get a handle on the way different foods affect your metabolism, you have some tools you need to succeed in your journey to better, more vibrant health.<\/p>\n

But you still have to pass up the brownies most of the time. You also have to get up off the couch and get moving.\u00a0 Knowledge is not a substitute for action.<\/p>\n

So put some feet to the facts and get moving down that path to the better land — beyond gorgeous.<\/p>\n
