Sorry, but there is no elevator.\u00a0 To get a slim healthy body which will take you where you want to go without pain and without complaint, you have to climb a step at a time.<\/p>\n

Since the elevator is out of order, what steps will take this week to reach your goal?\u00a0 Will you put on your pedometer and challenge yourself to beat last week\u2019s total by 200 steps every day this week?\u00a0 Will you pass up the sugar and high glycemic foods?\u00a0 Drink water instead of soda?\u00a0 Eat more raw vegetables?\u00a0 Stop one bad food habit?<\/p>\n

Write down your goals for this week.\u00a0 Don\u2019t set your goal in terms of pounds lost.\u00a0 Instead make your goal an action you can do every day.\u00a0 Every time you do what you promised to do, you will feel better about yourself.<\/p>\n

And the weight loss will happen too — a pound at a time.<\/p>\n
