I don&#8217;t imagine this person took his (her?) first bagpipe lesson while trying to learn to ride a unicycle. \u00a0It probably took a long while to be able to put all these skills together. Quit beating yourself up for not being able to accomplish everything at once. \u00a0If you have to learn one thing at a time, that&#8217;s okay. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If you establish one healthy habit you are on your way to a healthier, more vibrant life. When you have that down, you can tackle the next thing on the list. \u00a0One step at a time.
