After the first few days off sugar, you will probably start sleeping better.\u00a0 The exercise will help you sleep better, too.<\/p>\n<p>*<strong>Shrinking belly.<\/strong>\u00a0 Watch your waistline. You probably will see it shrink even before the numbers on the scale start going down.
