One Day After Christmas…
\nIt’s one day after Christmas
\nI’m crabby and I’m broke.
\nI’m so full of ham and fruitcake
\nI think I’m gonna croak.
\nIt’s nice to see the relatives
\nI wonder when they’ll leave.
\nThey’ve been camping in my bathroom
\nsince early Christmas Eve.
\nThey’re eating everything in sight
\nand sleeping in my bed.
\nI been sacked out in the basement
\nwith my beagle, Fred.<\/p>\n


\nThe relatives have all gone out
\nand left their screaming brats.
\nThe toilet bowl is all plugged up
\nand I can’t find the cat.
\nIt’s Christmastime at my house,
\nthe relatives are here.
\nThey eat me out of house and home.
\nand drink up all my beer.
\nI love the decorations,
\nand the sleigh bells in the snow
\nBut I wish those pesky relatives
\nwould take their kids and go.
\nThose cookie crunchers fed the dog
\na twenty pound rib roast.
\nHis feet are sticking in the air
\nlike skinny old fence posts.
\nNow they’re in a free-for-all,
\nthe girls against the boys.
\nThey’re fighting over boxes
\n’cause they’re bored with all their toys
\nMy mother-in-law is snoring
\nin my favorite TV chair.
\nThose kids are stringing lights on her
\nand tinseling her hair
\nI oughta wake her up
\nbefore the fireworks begin.
\nBut I wanna see those blue sparks fly
