I’ve mentioned one of my very favorite prayers before–what is commonly referred to as St. Teresa of Avila’s Bookmark<\/a>. There are very few prayers that give me peace when I’m deep in the Black Hole, and this is certainly one.<\/p>\n

Let nothing disturb you,
\nnothing frighten you,
\nall things are passing.
\nPatient endurance
\nattains all things:
\none who God possesses wants nothing,
