I\u2019m not quite sure how to thank all my Beyond Blue readers for the loving and compassionate notes on the message board of my \u201cIs It a Relapse?<\/a>\u201d post. I\u2019m blown away by your support and kindness.
\nI usually write my Beyond Blue posts a week in advance in case I have a bad day or week or month, so the posts that followed my relapse piece were borrowed from the bank of posts already written. I\u2019ll give you my sanity update soon. But I first wanted to concentrate on all the wisdom on the message boards of Beyond Blue. My readers teach me so much.
