So it was with great interest that I looked at the new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.signalpatterns.com\/iphone\/livehappy_std.html\">Live Happy iPhone application<\/a> based on happiness expert Sonja Lyubomirsky&#8217;s book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/How-Happiness-Approach-Getting-Life\/dp\/0143114956?&amp;camp=213293&amp;linkCode=wey&amp;tag=signalmatch-20&amp;creative=388373\">&#8220;The How of Happiness.&#8221;<\/a><br \/>\nHer research suggests that different kinds of activities are scientifically shown to make people happier &#8230; like keeping a gratitude journal or investing in one&#8217;s relationships more. According to Lyubormirsky, &#8220;By performing these activities on a regular basis, it can add up to a new mindset and a more positive way of engaging and viewing one&#8217;s daily life.&#8221;<br \/>\nEnter the Live Happy iPhone application to help you do that.
