It’s a super fresh take on all kinds of holistic health topics ranging from the hunt for non-awful natural hair products<\/a> to not eating the 4 o’clock cookie<\/a> (I read that one first) and how to kick the coffee habit <\/a>(read that one with a cup of coffee) to developing a walking regimen<\/a>, to how to find an integrative physician<\/a> (a subject I desperately needed three years ago … now I just go to like five doctors to get the same effect). Holly and Val, some of the smartest women I’ve ever met, scan all kinds of health-related material, pluck the pearls, and present the useful tips or studies to their readers with just the right touch of opinion and attitude.
