Hey guys, most of the blog posts that had embedded video had the clip removed during the migration. We’ve isolated the problem and IT is working on it.

Adding embedded video now, however, is a little technical. Clicking on the little ‘Add Video’ box obviously doesn’t work – it just adds a link. We’ll probably install a nice video toolbar to use in the future, but that is a few weeks out.

So, here is a step-by-step on how to add video to posts in the mean time.

1. Find the video you want to embed on YouTube (or other video platform such as Vimeo, etc.).

2. Click the ‘Embed’ button underneath the video and copy the code that pops up (it will probably start with <iframe>).

3. In your WordPress dashboard where you create a new post, click on the HTML tab (not the Visual tab).

4. Paste the code where you want it in your post.

That should work for now until we have a more elegant solution in place. Let me know if you have any questions!
