(Despite warnings to cease and desist,&nbsp;Episcopalians went on to pick a&nbsp;lesbian bishop last year:&nbsp;the <a href=\"http:\/\/articles.cnn.com\/2009-12-06\/us\/episcopalian.lesbian.bishop_1_gay-bishops-lesbian-bishop-diocese-of-south-carolina?_s=PM:US\">Rev.
