There\u2019s an epic battle going on right now as we speak.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a battle you go through every day.<\/p>\n
Sometimes you\u2019re aware of it. Other times you\u2019re not.<\/p>\n
And it\u2019s one that has two major combatants that are trying to take control of your life\u2026each with opposite intentions in mind.<\/p>\n
The two combatants\u2026<\/p>\n
Karma and the truth<\/p>\n
\u2026and the two couldn\u2019t be more different from one another even though most people think they\u2019re the same.<\/p>\n
Now you may be thinking about what these intentions are because of something you\u2019ve heard people say, believe, and live their lives by.<\/p>\n
And it\u2019s the statement\u2026<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat goes around comes around. If you put out \u2018good karma\u2019 you get \u2018good\u2019 in return and if you put out \u2018bad karma\u2019 you get \u2018bad\u2019 in return.\u201d<\/p>\n
Along with this is also the famous one of, \u201cKarma\u2019s a bitch\u201d, plus all the other karma sayings that imply the notion that \u201cit\u2019ll get you one way or the other.\u2019<\/p>\n
Sounds good on the surface and makes sense\u2026.right?<\/p>\n
Well there\u2019s something that comes along and is in your life 24\/7 that doesn\u2019t agree with this.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s called the Truth\u2026<\/p>\n
Along with its intentions that are the complete opposite of what karma allegedly has in store for you.<\/p>\n
And the two are on a collision course that lead to an epic clash.<\/p>\n
So, what is this clash and\u2026\u201dWhat happens when karma collides with the truth?\u201d<\/p>\n
1. Clash of the Titans-<\/strong> It\u2019s a scene all too familiar. You\u2019re nice to someone. They start off being nice to you. And then something happens along the way and they Next, you\u2019ll find one of the karma quotes that says \u201ckarma will get them\u201d and you\u2019ll Along with this you may rely on what I call the \u201csilent karma\u201d quote that says something like, \u201cKarma is the best revenge.\u201d<\/p>\n In either case you\u2019ll look to karma as a way to get back at them.<\/p>\n And let\u2019s face it\u2026<\/p>\n You\u2019ve been there at some point, so have I, as well as people you know. This seems like a natural response for most people.<\/p>\n However\u2026<\/p>\n It\u2019s not the truth.<\/p>\n And this is where karma and the truth collide.<\/p>\n I call it the clash of the titans\u2026<\/p>\n Because you have two colossal forces fighting to take control of your life. The question is, which one will win out\u2026relying on karma or living your life according to truth?<\/p>\n And the fact is\u2026<\/p>\n The two of them don\u2019t mix. It\u2019s similar to what happens when water tries to mix with oil…they separate. The same is true with karma and the truth.<\/p>\n When it comes to water and oil trying to mix, of course there\u2019s a reason for that\u2026it has to do with the chemical structure of water and oil.<\/p>\n There\u2019s also a reason why karma and the truth don\u2019t mix. It has nothing to do with a chemical structure per se\u2026<\/p>\n But it does have to do with the structure of karma versus the structure of how the world (the Universe) has always, is right now, and always will function.<\/p>\n What I\u2019m talking about is\u2026approaching life from a one-sided versus a two-sided perspective.<\/p>\n The typical karma that most people rely on is attempting to see the world from a one sided perspective.<\/p>\n Versus\u2026<\/p>\n The truth which relies on seeing life from a two-sided perspective\u2026which is how the world (Universe) has and always will be designed to work. It\u2019s an unbreakable structure. And only the one sided fantasies that far too many people try to impose on the world is what gives rise to ultimately relying on karma\u2026plus the side effects that come along with it.<\/p>\n 2. The Karmic Fantasy-<\/strong> Somewhere along the way in the history of man and womankind somebody came up with (and started promoting) the idea that people can live one sided lives.<\/p>\n Meaning\u2026<\/p>\n The notion that you can have more happiness than sadness, have people be more kind than cruel to you, having people be more nice than mean along with being more honest than dishonest to you, along with having more peace than turmoil in life\u2026and so on.<\/p>\n It sounds appealing on the surface.<\/p>\n Yet\u2026<\/p>\n It\u2019s never has, isn\u2019t right now, or never will work that way\u2026even though they\u2019ll be moments when it seems like it does.<\/p>\n What this approach that far too many people are trying to live by does is\u2026it\u2019s the breathing ground for relying on the type of karma most people live by. As a result it runs their lives, and quite often without them even realizing it.<\/p>\n This is what I call the Karmic Fantasy\u2026<\/p>\n Because it\u2019s the mindset of, \u201cIf somebody doesn\u2019t always or most of the time act one-sided to me (by being more nice than mean, more kind than cruel, more honest than dishonest) then they\u2019re not a \u2018good\u2019 person and karma will get them.<\/p>\n This is a fantasy because ALL people have both sides to their nature\u2026and in certain situations the so called \u201cbad\u201d or \u201cnegative\u201d side (being mean, cruel, dishonest) is actually needed.<\/p>\n Now of course I\u2019m not saying to purposely be mean, cruel, and dishonest to people\u2026<\/p>\n What I am saying is that in certain moments these are needed\u2026as long as it benefits a certain situation and the people involved.<\/p>\n A perfect example of this is what took place with me back in 2008. I was friends with a gal named Heather. We were close friends and business partners for a year and a half.<\/p>\n Then she met a guy she barely knew and from that point on both our friendship and business relationship deteriorated to the point that each ended within 4 months of her meeting this person.<\/p>\n During this time it put a strain on our friendship and ultimately led to us going our separate ways. When this first started happening I perceived Heather as being mean, dishonest, and not following through on what we had agreed upon regarding our business partnership\u2026<\/p>\n But then I took a step back and began looking at the benefits of her—that is my perception of her—being mean, dishonest, and not following through.<\/p>\n These included:<\/p>\n -It gave me the opportunity to run my business the way I wanted These are just a few of the benefits that came about from someone\u2019s perceived meanness, dishonest, and not following through on an agreement.<\/p>\n And once I saw these benefits I was more focused and appreciated Heather for what she contributed to my life. It didn\u2019t mean we \u201chad to\u201d be friends or stay in touch (which we never did), or that I let her \u201coff the hook\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n What it meant was that she contributed to my life in the way she did.<\/p>\n Therefore\u2026<\/p>\n There was no need for relying on karma. What for? Since what I perceived her as doing had as many benefits as drawbacks was it necessary to rely on so called \u201ckarma?\u201d Obviously not.<\/p>\n Not only that\u2026<\/p>\n But this also brings out the truth\u2026in people and of the different situations you experience throughout your life (as it ultimately did in my situation with Heather. I\u2019ll come back to this in a few minutes).<\/p>\n And it\u2019s only when this Karmic Fantasy is being projected into a world that is designed to be two \u2013sided\u2026that\u2019s where this clash of the titans takes place\u2026when karma collides with the truth.<\/p>\n It\u2019s also the difference in how your life plays out physically, mentality, and emotionally\u2026<\/p>\n Because if you\u2019re relying on karma you\u2019ll also get the mood swings that frequently come along with it which include the anger, the frustration, and the aggravation.<\/p>\n And quite often this involves getting that \u201csplitting headache\u201d, the \u201cknot in your stomach\u201d, and just an overall draining of your energy.<\/p>\n Is this any way to live your life\u2026of course not.<\/p>\n Thankfully there\u2019s another option you have to live your life by\u2026it\u2019s called the truth.<\/p>\n 3. Living the truth lifestyle-<\/strong> Sometimes in life there are certain things that we as humans like to believe but in reality it\u2019s not that way at all. A perfect example of this is realizing what the truth is.<\/p>\n This goes back to what I said earlier.<\/p>\n The bottom line here is\u2026<\/p>\n The world we live in is a world of truth. Always has been\u2026always will be. The reason far too many people don\u2019t realize this is because most people continue to try and impose the one sided fantasies I spoke about earlier on to it. Then when things don\u2019t go their way they try and rely on \u201cbad karma\u201d (and \u201cgood karma\u201d when things do go their way).<\/p>\n Living this way is not living what I call the truth lifestyle. That\u2019s living the Karmic Fantasy lifestyle.<\/p>\n Remember\u2026<\/p>\n In order to rely on karma there has to be that one-sided mentality. Karma can only exist during this one-sided mindset This is not living according to truth because the truth sees both sides to situations and people equally (where there are an equal amount of benefits and drawbacks, positives and negatives).<\/p>\n Once you start living from this two-sided perspective karma dissolves and you live according to truth\u2026what I call the truth lifestyle.<\/p>\n And the two cannot co-exist.<\/p>\n This brings up a quote of mine:<\/p>\n \u201cWhen you live according to truth \u2018good\u2019 and \u2018bad\u2019 karma does not exist.\u201d<\/p>\n This is why there is a collision that takes place when karma meets the truth.<\/p>\n Relying on karma denies the truth of life\u2026of people, of situations, and even of yourself. Plus it\u2019s not a healthy way to live.<\/p>\n Living according to truth is a healthy way to live even though it may not seem that way at first.<\/p>\n Not only that\u2026<\/p>\n But when you live according to truth you get greater insights along with the solutions to the different problems you\u2019re looking to overcome and solve.<\/p>\n This occurs because of a fascinating fact that is true of EVERYTHING in life and that is\u2026<\/p>\n Life and all the events that take place—the reason why things happen—are ALL due to cause and effect\u2026not karma.<\/p>\n There is a cause for everything you see on the outside (the effect) and these events as I said earlier are two-sided (they have an equal amount of benefits and drawbacks, positives and negatives)\u2026but if you\u2019re not aware of this along with the facts and details involved it can be easy to fall prey to relying on karma.<\/p>\n This is exactly what happened with the gal Heather I told you about earlier.<\/p>\n About three months after meeting this new guy she decided to move in with him. She moved across the country to Seattle. After living with him for barely three months he kicked her out and she basically had nowhere to go and in a place she had never lived.<\/p>\n When I heard about this I immediately resisted the idea of relying on karma and the notion that, \u201cKarma\u2019s a bitch and that what goes around comes around and that\u2019s what Heather gets for treating me the way she did.\u201d<\/p>\n Instead I immediately realized that if I came from this \u201cKarmic Fantasy mindset\u201d that it would run my life because I would have still seen what happened between me and Heather as having more drawbacks than benefits.<\/p>\n And\u2026<\/p>\n It would have denied the truth of all that took place\u2026because there was a cause as to why she got kicked out\u2026it wasn\u2019t due to so called \u201cbad karma.\u201d<\/p>\n Knowing Heather as well as I did I knew the details of what took place in her past relationships and why those didn\u2019t work out\u2026and the same pattern occurred with this guy who ended up kicking her out.<\/p>\n This is why what happened with her happened. It was the unresolved issues from past relationships that carried over which was the ultimate cause of why this guy kicked her out\u2026not some mystical, fantasy seeking \u201cbad karma.\u201d<\/p>\n As with every other event that most people almost always attribute to \u201cgood\u201d or (as in this case) \u201cbad\u201d karma there is a cause that is responsible for the effect\u2026for what we all see on the outside.<\/p>\n And if you don\u2019t get the facts and details of why events take place while knowing there\u2019s always a cause for why things happen it\u2019ll be easy to think \u201ckarma\u201d was responsible\u2026while denying the truth.<\/p>\n Remember\u2026<\/p>\n The world we live in is a world of truth because of the way it was designed\u2026to be two-sided. And like I said earlier, it\u2019s when people project the one-sided fantasies on to the world is when karma becomes involved.<\/p>\n Not only does this (karma) deny the truth of different events you experience, but it also denies the truth of who you are.<\/p>\n You are not here to rely on karma.<\/p>\n You\u2019re here to live according to truth.<\/p>\n Life is not a series of \u201cmystical coincidences\u201d or random \u201cfreakish events\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n And the same is true of you.<\/p>\n You\u2019re here for a reason and a very important one\u2026<\/p>\n To bring value to the world…<\/p>\n To make a difference\u2026<\/p>\n To matter\u2026<\/p>\n And doing so in a way that shows the world who you really are.<\/p>\n This is the truth of who you are and why you\u2019re here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" There\u2019s an epic battle going on right now as we speak.
