Willing to experience aloneness,
\nI discover connection everywhere;
\nTurning to face my fear,
\nI meet the warrior who lives within;
\nOpening to my loss,
\nI am given unimaginable gifts;
\nSurrendering into emptiness,
\nI find fullness without end.
\nEach condition I flee from pursues me.
\nEach condition I welcome transforms me
\nAnd becomes itself transformed
\nInto its radiant jewel-like essence.
\nI bow to the one who has made it so,
\nWho has crafted this Master Game;
\nTo play it is pure delight,
\nTo honor it is true devotion.<\/p>\n

Pronoia is the philosophy that the Universe is arranged for our ultimate benefit – the opposite of Paranoia which is the suspicion that the Universe is out to get us. \u00a0Although the word was first coined in the early 1980s, back in the mid-1950s JD Salinger wrote\u00a0“I’m a kind of paranoiac in reverse.
