Dreams\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ebUZZrcoRP0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>So as always, in this article I&#8217;d like to talk about dreams, their meaning, and how to apply them on a deeper level.<\/p>\n<p>If I had to give the number one key to dream interpretation, it is this:<br \/>\nIt means, what you think it means.<\/p>\n<p>Dreams are a message from you, to you. From your own subconscious, and even super-conscious minds.<br \/>\nRemember, all of your memories live in your subconscious, we never forget ANYTHING, although sometimes we lose our ability to recall information on command. Your subconscious also has access to information you are not consciously aware of that it tries to share with you from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>But here is the problem: your subconscious (and super-conscious) mind does not speak your language, it doesn&#8217;t even speak in words at all; it speaks in symbols and images.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine if you had a friend who knew everything about you; everything you&#8217;d ever seen, heard, thought, or experienced. A friend that knew absolutely everything about you, your body, your heart and mind.<br \/>\nAnd this friend also had a direct line to God, and was able to hear and relay Divine messages.<\/p>\n<p>I bet you&#8217;d want to hear what they had to say, wouldn&#8217;t you?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"All About You with B. Dreams\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0OasAx0VBTA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Well, you have such a friend and it&#8217;s sleeping right now, in between your ears!<br \/>\nSo let us start forming a relationship with the single greatest friend, advisor, and mentor you&#8217;ll ever have!<\/p>\n<p>Remember when we spoke before about your\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/features.beliefnet.com\/areasontosmile\/2012\/01\/emotions-or-youre-great-and-i-love-you.html\" target=\"_blank\">Self Image<\/a>\u00a0and how it lives in your subconscious. We&#8217;ve also discussed how all of your baggage and negative habits live there, and how it&#8217;s like a 5 year old with the mind of a super computer.<\/p>\n<p>They key, then, to helping heal the damage and start tapping into your inner resources, is first to acknowledge them!<br \/>\nFor instance, you may be thinking &#8216;I don&#8217;t dream&#8217;. Well&#8230;you do!<br \/>\nEveryone does, just because you may not remember them consciously doesn&#8217;t mean it isn&#8217;t happening.<\/p>\n<p>Begin by acknowledging that your subconscious is trying to communicate with you, and begin communicating with it. When you lay down to go to sleep, tell yourself that when you wake up you&#8217;ll remember your dream fully and completely.<br \/>\nIt may take a day or two for it to work completely (since you have to really BELIEVE it before it will), but if you stick with it it will happen.<\/p>\n<p>A handy trick is to keep a pen and paper by your bed so that when you wake up in the middle of the night, or first thing, you can jot down notes about your dreams to help you remember. This is an EXTREMELY powerful technique, since it shows you are trying to bridge that gap between the different parts of you.<br \/>\nOnce you start remembering your dreams better, you can start asking questions and getting answers. For instance, when going to sleep you can think about a pressing issue or concern you have (WITHOUT resorting to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/features.beliefnet.com\/areasontosmile\/2011\/12\/no-more-worry-or-letting-go-and-letting-god.html\" target=\"_blank\">worry\u00a0<\/a>that is). And don&#8217;t be surprised if you wake up in the morning knowing the answer, either from a dream or just&#8230;knowing!<\/p>\n<p>Now sometimes you may be awakened before a dream is finished, and wonder what was going to happen; here is what you do:<br \/>\nRelax and start to think about the dream, and what you remember of it; just let it play in your mind like a movie. And when you get to the &#8216;end&#8217;, just let it keep going, and keep playing. Now this might take some imagination until you get the hang of it, but guess where your imagination lives, too?<br \/>\nYour subconscious!<\/p>\n<p>Many, many books have been written on the subject of dreams, so it is impossible to say it all here. But above all else, if I can leave you with this one idea:<br \/>\nDreams are important. The solution to any problem you&#8217;ve ever had, or ever will have, can be found there. They are the road map into your own mind, and if you can&#8217;t take the time to pay attention to what YOUR own mind is trying to say to YOU, then what can you pay attention to?<\/p>\n<p>What do you think ?
